Course Objectives

For key metrics, establish baselines and set targets using benchmark data and strategic intent.

Activity 3: Scorecard Development (30 min)
Build balanced scorecard for a sample business unit. Map metrics to strategy.

Activity 4: Root Cause Analysis (20 min)
Present performance dashboard with variance. Conduct root cause analysis.
